Pecan Pie Bread Pudding
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Water
½ Cup Molasses
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon Cloves
6 Slices Bread (Toasted)
1 ½ Cups Longhorn Cheese Grated
1 Cup Raisins
2 Cups Pecans (chopped)
- Combine sugar, water, molasses, cinnamon and cloves. Boil until sugar is dissolved.
- In a buttered casserole, layer bread, cheese, raisins and pecans.
- Pour hot syrup over ingredients
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until syrup is absorbed.
